I know I haven’t blogged in awhile. There’s been a lot going on. But I feel the need to write tonight, so here you go. I promise to keep writing more diligently going forward

Hey Tula, great post! It’s amazing what happens in life when you dive into the shadows and confront the feelings that linger there. It provides a great source of energy and desire which can be converted into the raw emotion needed to drive creativity in your subconscious mind. Excellent work!

Rex, I agree! I think many people fear to go that deep because of what they may find. But it’s what that is found that could be a catalyst for a better and greater life! Even our shadows have benefits. For example, our distaste of our greedy part could be our driving force for our generosity.

Wow Tula! What a great post.
How many times have each of us not confronted those shadows when we should and could have. I really like the line “In order to know where the light is, you must first know darkness”. It reminded me of one of my favorite quotes : “What lies behind us and what lies before us are small matters compared to what lies within us”- Ralph Waldo Emerson.
We must know both the shadow and the light to truly progress and know our true selves.

my mind raced with thoughts of my own life and all I could do was prey. A happy, thankful prayer.
We may go out to do one thing, but I think God speaks to us trough others… at times, we are all like angels, helping each other. Simple word can mean the world to someone else at the right time.

Especially with you.
Its funny when you are part of the universe how things happen. Even funnier how people that are like minded are drawn together to experience things in life.
I know we were drawn together for a reason when I dance with my shadow Tula.
You are truly someone that “Gets It” in the whole sense of emotional being of the words that you write on the pages before us.
You make us dig into our souls and feelings and emotions even if we are very in touch with them already.
It is more than an honor to call you a friend, sister, partner, confidant, giver, helper, and teacher.
Ive told you time and time again. I love reading your posts Tula. Don’t you ever stop being you and Dancing with your shadow.
As the tears fall from my eyes, and the emotions run through my soul I thank you for your story.
You may not know this, but it wasn’t just for you to go there and get wisdom. It was for you to get the wisdom and share like you did.
You have touched my heart today, and for that I thank you.
