As many of you know by now, I have compromised joints. There have been days where the joint pain in my knees has made it difficult for me to walk. Well, I am in the midst of rectifying that by losing weight (the right way!) and strengthening my muscles around my joints.

Sorry it took me so long to get in here and comment. Business is busy. If we dont start exercising and doing things right we are all gonna get so round we cant get through the door. If people can enjoy Yoga too I have heard that helps clear the mind. Clear your mind excersize and eat right and you will be ok… Thanks for the valuable in formation. As always Tula you are a leader among women. I love having you as a part of my circle of influence.
