Having as many joint surgeries as I have had and suffering from constant joint pain, weight loss has been a struggle for me in recent years. When you go from playing sports to having a hard time walking some days, it becomes rather difficult to burn calories. Something like this requires a complete lifestyle change in the way you eat and some creativity on how to burn calories.

Does this program even give you carb info? Sounds like it is a pretty neat little deal! Keep us posted!

Yes, it gives carb info as well. I am taking in only half the carbs I’m alloted. So clearly, it’s the fat content that is the problem!

Great information Tula. What we put into our bodies we will get out of them. When people know that. I mean really know that. Then it becomes life changing. Thanks for sharing. You are truly a wise woman.

I too have used Calorie King and will be using it again. We share a similar story. I used to be an athlete and very active. When I stopped due to injuries, I gained a lot of weight.
I never really wanted to count calories…I used to say it takes all the enjoyment out of food and eating became more like a science project.
But you are correct. Calorie King opened my eyes to all of the hidden calories through fats and other things I had been doing.
I totally endorse this program to anyone looking to get their weight in order.

Hi Tula,
Your revelation the other night worked out to my advantage. By making some changes based on our conversation, the weight is coming off again…
Thanks!
